At Evarqon, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Evarqon", "we") we respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations in force.

1. Data Controller

Evarqon, S.A.P.I. de C.V., with offices at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 24, Col. Juárez, 06600, Mexico City, is the controller of your personal data.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through our subscription form: name and email address. Additionally, we may collect technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies.

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data to: (i) inform you about new real estate investment opportunities; (ii) send you commercial communications and newsletters related to Evarqon; (iii) address contact requests; (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations in Mexico.

4. Data transfers

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in cases provided for by the LFPDPPP or upon request from a competent authority in Mexico.

5. ARCO Rights

You may exercise at any time your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), as well as revoke your consent, by writing to privacy@evarqon.com. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

6. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be published on this page with the corresponding update date.
